We’re attending the National Young Composers Challenge again this year in Orlando on April 13: https://www.youngcomposerschallenge.org/
The top young composers in the country gather to hear their original pieces performed by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by maestro Christopher Wilkins. The Composium is part concert, part masterclass, and part competition—an inspiring experience from beginning to end.
I especially appreciate that the doors will remain open during the event, so we can come and go as we please or stay for the full program.
